Ziad is a senior partner in our firm's Dispute Resolution Department. He has over 23 years of experience handling major complex litigation and arbitration cases, regularly providing legal advice to a variety of local and international clients.

Ziad has developed extensive experience in various areas of law, with a primary focus on commercial disputes such as commercial agencies, construction, insurance, corporate disputes, real estate, and labor matters.

Ziad has participated in numerous court proceedings in both Jordan and the UAE, managed numerous litigation cases, and provided legal advice to a number of prominent clients, including government entities.

Prior to joining our firm, Ziad was a partner at Hadef & Partners in the UAE, where he worked for over 13 years. He also practiced law in Amman, Jordan, where he headed the commercial litigation department. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience and knowledge, and has been exposed to diverse cultural contexts, representing a wide range of clients from various sectors and regions, including insurance, aviation, tourism, and construction.
