Khalid is the Senior Legal Advisor at the Abu Dhabi office, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in the areas of investment, joint ventures, banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has expertise in corporate, commercial, real estate, criminal, and civil law, as well as advanced experience in personal status and inheritance cases.

Throughout his career, Khalid has developed a broad-based legal practice covering corporate, commercial, construction, real estate, and arbitration matters, in addition to providing litigation support. Over the years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of UAE law.

Khalid also worked for eight years at Dr. Abdulaziz Al Shamsi Advocates & Legal Consultants in Abu Dhabi, where he handled numerous complex cases and contributed to achieving successful outcomes for the firm’s clients.

He holds an LLB in Law from Neelain University, Sudan, and has been a licensed lawyer with the Sudan Bar Association since 2011.
